Products & Services · Wellbore Cleanup

A spotless casing, every trip — nothing left to snag your completion.

Cement sheath remnants, scale, mud film and metal swarf are what stop a packer setting, damage screens, and turn a routine run into a fishing job. WellRx clears all of it in as few trips as possible.

The range covers the full sequence: scrape the wall (rotating, non-rotating, or ball-activated), brush off what the scraper leaves, capture loosened debris in a downhole filter, sweep the BOP and wellhead, magnet-recover ferrous cuttings, and drift the bore to prove it's clear — a designed set of tools that work as one string, not a drawer of odd parts.

Scrapers

Rotating & Non-Rotating Scrapers

Spring-loaded blades clear cement remnants and scale, with or without string rotation.

Ball-Drop Scrapers

Ball Drop (Dual) Activation

Blades stay retracted running in; activated on demand for single or multi-function cleanup in one trip.

Downhole Filter

Downhole Filter Tool

Traps debris in circulating returns so it can't reach the completion.

Casing Brush

Casing Brush

Circumferential wire brush lifts mud film and loosened solids left by the scraper.

Drift Sub

Drift Sub

Gauge sub confirms the casing drifts to the required minimum ID.

Magnets & Jets

BOP Jet Sub & Downhole Magnets

High-velocity jets flush the BOP cavity; magnet assemblies recover ferrous debris.
