Downhole hardware that takes the heat — geothermal wells, built to cycle.

Geothermal is where downhole engineering meets the energy transition, and the hard part isn't pressure — it's heat, and heat that cycles.

A geothermal well swings from hot production to cooler shut-in and back, over and over, and every connection, seal, hanger and cement column has to survive that movement for the life of the well. Much of the answer is a thermal-ready subset of tools WellRx already proves in oil and gas — now engineered and specified for geothermal duty, alongside geothermal-specific liner hardware. All designed and manufactured in-house, so an operator building India's geothermal capacity sources thermal-rated downhole equipment from one domestic manufacturer instead of importing it.

Liner Hanger

Geothermal Liner Hanger System

Built for high temperature and repeated thermal cycling — high-temp metallurgy holds hang capacity and integrity.

Liner Adapter

Liner Adapter

Controlled crossover at the liner top; tolerates thermal growth in thermal service.

Expansion Joint

Casing Expansion Joint

Absorbs axial expansion/contraction as the well cycles between hot production and cooler shut-in.

Stage Tool

Stage Cementing Tool

Places cement in two stages so long, large-diameter geothermal casing can be cemented toward surface.
